Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
